Onsite registration:
Onsite registration will be available from 6pm to 8pm Monday, October 27 and from 7am to 8am Teusday, October 28.

Attendee registration includes:
Admission for one person to both days of the conference, meals, refreshments and handouts.

Exhibitor registration includes:
The above, plus a table-top display for the networking reception, 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 28, 2008.

Sponsor registration includes:
The all of the above for two people, plus recognition of the company in all print, electronic and on-site promotions.

Cooperator Attendee:
Representatives of companies belonging to one of the conference's Cooperator organizations listed on the right qualify for a $75 discount covering admission for one person to both days of the conference, meals, refreshments and handouts. Contact your association headquarters for the discount password.

Cancellation Policy:

A registration will be refunded, minus a $50 processing fee, if cancelled in writing by October 6, 2008.

A registration will be refunded, minus a $100 processing fee, if cancelled in writing between October 7 and 22, 2008.

No requests for refunds will be accepted after October 22, 2008.
