Attendee registration includes:
Admission for one person to both days of the conference, meals, refreshments and handouts.

The above, plus a table-top display for the networking reception, 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 19, 2009.
Sponsor registration includes:
All of the above for two people, plus recognition of the company in all print, electronic and on-site promotions.
Cooperator Attendee:
Representatives of companies belonging to one of the conference's Cooperator organizations listed on the right qualify for a $75 discount covering admission for one person to both days of the conference, meals, refreshments and handouts. Contact your association headquarters for the discount password.
Cancellation Policy:
A registration will be refunded, minus a $50 processing fee, if cancelled in writing by Oct. 26, 2009.
A registration will be refunded, minus a $100 processing fee, if cancelled in writing between Oct. 26 and Nov. 12, 2009.
No requests for refunds will be accepted after Nov. 13, 2009.
Note: Processing fees will be waived for attendees who transfer their conference registration to a designated colleague.
